1975-1976 Atami Art Musuem (Japan), Getty Art Museum, Appointed 2-year cultural visa to Japan, studied and worked
at the Atami Art Museum in traditional cultural arts of Japan in flower arranging, the art of tea, Japanese calligraphy, koto music and art history; taught Western art techniques and English language classes to the museum staff. Exhibited paintings at the museum campus.

Bachelor of Arts degrees in Japanese Language and German Literature, cum laude graduate.
