What is a Plein Air Paint Out? It's where artists and collectors make a date to make and sell art outdoors. Typically, the artists have a set date or dates to begin and complete artwork at a specific site or locale and work only out of doors "plein air". It's an event with artists painting and observers welcome with an art show and sale at the end of the day, often with an immediate exhibit out doors or in a specific venue.
WIth Janet Sellers Fine Arts, artists paint in a set town/outdoor location area in a limited time of 4 hours and return to the exhibit area with their artworks to show and sell.
We always have an end of paint out gala party and art exhibition. On a tiered donation scale: party attendance, bar tickets, grab bag of either art cards/ signed /matted print 5x7 print; signed, limited edition of ( first 10 of the total of 25 giclee prints) of the 11x14 artwork created that day per artist. Originals may be available at artist's discretion.

$5/person: party invitation and view the show
$10/person: above plus a beverage/wine ticket
$35/person: above plus the art cards or matted 5x7 giclee print of unlimited edition
$ 65 /person: above party stuff plus art cards plus matted full size 11x14 signed, limited edition giclee print
$ 125 / person: above party stuff plus art cards plus matted and framed full size signe, limited edition giclee print
$500/person: above party stuff plus art cards plus the artist's original painting (only at specific artist's discretion).
